What this website collects
Nothing you type, unless you choose to contact us. The pages on www.livelocalvt.com have no forms, no accounts, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking tools, and they set no cookies.
When you call, text, or email Erin McCormick, she receives what you send, such as your name, phone number, email address, and what you're looking for. She uses it to answer you and to help with your purchase or sale. It isn't sold.
Recent place searches. The search box on the homepage remembers your last three places (a town, county, or ZIP code) in your own browser's local storage, so you can pick them again. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser's site data removes it.
Standard web requests. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes the technical information every browser sends, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Listing search, listing details, saved searches, and the showing and question forms on search.livelocalvt.com are provided by IDX Broker (Elm Street Technology) on Erin McCormick's behalf. Listing data comes from PrimeMLS. If you register or send a form there, IDX Broker stores what you enter and passes it to Erin McCormick so she can follow up. IDX Broker's handling of that information is covered by its privacy policy.
Other websites
This site links to other sites, including Zillow (where the client reviews shown here were posted), Travel Like a Local® Vermont, and press articles. Those sites have their own privacy practices. Reviews on this site are displayed from Zillow's data; viewing them sends nothing to Zillow.

- Ask to stop receiving emails or texts at any time.
